Following up on a post called Music and browsers, I went back to the stats vault and it appears that the difference in usage was not between Firefox users and Internet Explorer users. According to these stats the operating system is a big factor.
Here are the stats from Google Analytics:



Windows users are viewing fewer pages each visit and spend less time then OS X users.
What I would take from this is if we were to do a Google Adsense campaign to bring in new users, we’d probably have more “interest per clickthrough” (a fancy marketing metric I just made up) if we can target the OS X crowd.
